The Quiet Forge — Custom Design & Commissions
1. Overview
Bespoke design, small-batch creation.
From rough ideas to finished pieces. Designed, prototyped, and made in-house at The Quiet Forge.
I work with individuals, creators, and small brands to turn concepts into tactile, real-world objects.
From functional tools and fidgets to creatures, collectibles, and small-batch runs. Each piece is shaped through an iterative design process and finished with care.

How It Works
-
Discuss
You share your idea, references, or rough concept — we define the direction and scope. -
Design
I model and refine the piece in 3D, sharing previews as it develops. -
Refine
Feedback and small adjustments are included to shape the final design. -
Make
The piece is 3D printed, finished, and assembled in-house. -
Deliver
Tracked UK shipping, or collection by arrangement.
Each project is handled personally from start to finish.
Materials & Process
Current production uses high-quality PLA with resin-like finishing techniques.
Each piece is:
- Cleaned and surface-prepped
- Sanded and refined where needed
- Finished with paint or protective coating depending on the design
All work is produced in-house, with a focus on durability and feel.
The Quiet Forge
Quiet design for thoughtful people.
Each piece begins as a simple idea. Shaped, refined, and made to be held.
The goal isn’t just to make something. It’s to make something that feels right in your hands.
